So that's exactly what I did with J Crew's Wool Cafe Capris. (I now have maraschino cherry, yacht blue and the houndstooth wool tweed, as well. :o)) Hey, when you find something with a flattering fit...go for it!

One funny thing to mention, my co-workers and I went down to our company breakroom and there was a copy of the latest Family Fun magazine lying on one of the tables. Here was the cover....
I'm dressed like a five year old boy! HaHaHa!!! Cracked me up...my co-workers too!
I ordered my first pair of scout chinos a few weeks back and now I am officially in love - I had to get them in more colors! For a gal who had sworn off cropped chinos forrevvver, this was a sartorial revelation. So I am all on board the multiples bandwagon!
ReplyDeleteLove the punchy red with the gingham. I love how gingham for some reasons ups the "fun" in any outfit, 5yo or not, haha!
Ah yes, the scout chinos...I have those in multiples too. :o) I'm actually planning to wear the khaki ones tomorrow...It's supposed to be 70 degrees here. Woo-hoo!
DeleteGirl, I love me some gingham! Come to think of it, I have both blue and red gingham! Multiples again...I'm seeing a pattern here.
Maraschino cherry is the best red J.Crew came up with for a long time. But for some reason I cannot do colorful pants. Count me in for the multiples buyers club. And funny, I also posted on this topic today.
ReplyDeleteYou are so right about the Maraschino cherry...I have the schoolboy blazer in this color as well...A beautiful, rich, true red!
DeleteHaHa...great minds! Rynetta posted on multiples yesterday too!
Love the cafe capris as I am guilty of the multiples habit too. I have the dahlia, cherry & tangerine. :) Very cute on you...you are so teeny tiny!
ReplyDeleteToot-Toot! All aboard the multiples train! :o) Ooo, I would love to have the tangerine!
DeleteThanks too for the sweet comments! Mwah, mwah, mwah...lots of kisses to you! :o)
LOL at the magazine cover! Too funny!
ReplyDeleteIs that not the funniest thing?! A real knee-slapper! :oP
DeleteYou look much cuter than the 5 year old boy on the magazine cover haha! I used to buy in multiples whenever I find something which really fits me well. But I find after I buy multiples, I tend to wear less of the subsequent purchase. Guess " first born" is always more precious and loved more.
ReplyDeleteIt's the shoes...my shoes are way better than his! :o)
