Let me start by saying, that I pretty much love anything pumpkin. I was looking through my cookbooks Saturday for pumpkin recipes and my husband said, "You're moving into pumpkin mode, aren't you?!" Yep, you got it! So, you can only imagine how thrilled I was today when during my "Target run", I spotted Pumpkin pie pop-tarts. I purchased a box last year and when I discovered how yummy they were and went back for another box, they were all gone. :o( Today, with that in mind, I bought two boxes...and debated on three, but thought the check-out lady might think that I was a real looney.
