OOTD 7/10/2012 -Caribbean Queen

Today's post is two-fold...
First, the ootd:  This outfit reminds me of the caribbean with all of the blue/green.

Second, a few pics from our recent trip to the eastern caribbean:

Our first stop was Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos...the water was gorgeous.  The boys went deep sea fishing.  Me, I shopped! :o)

Our second port was Half Moon Cay...this is a private island owned by the cruise line Holland America.

The water was absolutely gorgeous and the sand was like powdered sugar.

Parasailing at Half Moon Cay

Our third stop was Nassau.  We traveled to another island called Blue Lagoon.  The front side of the island had all kinds of water toys, food and chairs for lounging in the sun.  This pic was taken from the back side of the island that was more rugged and less populated.

A couple of the adorable (and super smart) dolphins

Atlantis resort in Nassau...It is absolutely gorgeous and a paradise of its own.  I would love to plan another trip back just to stay here for several days.

A beautiful sunset from the back of our boat.

Needless to say, we had a wonderful time...It was a perfect mixture of relaxation and adventure.

Yeh, the airfare from the west coast would be a killer! I was telling a friend earlier...they have a water slide that goes thru the shark tank and they are swimming around you...So cool!
