  1. I knew you'd be crushing on the polka dot Tippi too! I think I'm going to order the maroon/navy combo to wear over the navy crepe de shine stripe blouse I have- and there are SO many other new arrivals I'm eyeing!

    1. That's the hard part...figuring out what color to get! The maroon/navy combo over the navy stripe blouse will be oh so cute! I regret not getting that blouse...dangit!
I am loving the new arrivals too...I also preordered the jewel collared herringbone sweater. I just HAD to have that and I was afraid it would sell out.

  2. Me too. In the last two weeks I've purchased the Tippi in the neon pink (linen), cafe mint (linen), yellow (linen) and striped Tippi (linen). I love the Tippi.

    1. Ooo, I bet the cafe mint is pretty! I started to get the yellow and surprisingly, I stopped myself for some reason....guess there's a first time for everything. :o)

    1. Waiting is the hardest part...luckily, I am very close to the distribution center. So, when I place an order, I get it either the next day or the day after.
I think I'm going to go ahead and order the polka dot tippi...I afraid its going to sell out like the linen stripe did.

    1. I am so into green this season! I also have some green capris that I adore...I need to start wearing them once a week from now until fall. :o)

  6. Now I can't wear the Tippi without singing that song, lol.

Why do we love it so much, I wonder. It's just a basic crewneck with 3/4 sleeves, right?! I can't figure it out but I love it too.

    1. Hahahaha...do you hate me?!

I don't know what the allure is but you're right, it's just a basic sweater...nevertheless, I'm totally smitten!!

  8. I'm definitely more of a cardigan girl. I won't tell you how many Jackies I own; its kind of embarrassing. I do have a bright pink blazer from the Gap that I bought years ago that I absolutely adore. I can't ever imagine getting rid of that one.

I've been able to resist buying a Tippi, for now at least. When I went to the Crewlet while on vacation, all Tippis were $20. It was easy to not buy them because it was about 95 degrees outside.

    1. Continue to resist tippi if you can, because once you start...you're probably going to love her and then the addiction starts. :o)

  9. Has anyone tried on the navy/maroon polka dot tippi? I have several from last season and this one fits weird. I was totally prepered to pay FP but I didn't like how it fit. So bummed- it has so much potential for the fall!

  10. MJ...I actually purchased the carbon/sandstone polka dot tippi. I tried both the XS and S. I got my normal small and the fit seemed to be consistent with my other merino tippis. The only difference that I noticed..the arms seemed a little bit more tight...but other than that, it seemed the same. I wonder if you just got a "bad egg"? Sounds like it might be worth another try. (fingers crossed it works the second time)

  11. Thanks for the help. I tried on the one with little bows- too adorable- and it fit like the others. I will try the other one on again. I am trying not to purchase anything until after our beach vaction so I will go back in 2 weeks. IS the carbon/sandstone very see-through? I really like that one too.

    1. MJ...the one with the little bows is so cute. Did you see the pic on the mothership of Katie Holmes sporting it? I didn't think the sandstone was too see-through...as long as I'm wearing a beige bra, everything is a-ok and I don't need to layer. Hope you have a wonderful vacation!
