For now the answer is two, but that's apt to change if another pair catches my eye. Also, I figured I'd better get on the stick and start wearing the holiday plaid pants before the season has passed me by...so here are my last two ootds.
Wednesday
J Crew Schoolboy Blazer in Navy - Size 4
Target Chambray Shirt
J Crew Crystal Angel Pendant
J Crew Factory Plaid Skimmer Pant - Size 4
J Crew Skinny Leather Belt in Modern Red
J Crew Red Mary Jane Patent Pumps
they sure are fancy pants. I love the tartan pants but don't think I can pull them off as well as you.
ReplyDeleteOh sure you can...give it a whirl! :o)
DeleteFancy pants, indeed! But check out those pumps with them - so perfect :)
ReplyDeleteTasia
I love these shoes! I have them in black as well...but the red just adds a little extra oomph! :o)
DeleteI love these on you! I covet those red shoes though!
ReplyDeleteYou know I will so copy you - love these looks!
add red shoes to your list...and copy away! ;o)
DeleteSuper cute!! The red pumps are adorable with the tartan skimmer pants. I wish I had tartan pants now!
ReplyDeleteI swear, I am such a sucker for plaid, so I knew from the moment that I saw these that I must make them mine. You might still get lucky and find a pair in-store...just say'n! :o)
DeleteI may be in love with you
ReplyDeleteNah...It's just the fancy pants talkin'! ;o)
DeleteLove both of these, and you rock the chambray better than anyone! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeannie...hugs to you! You know that I love my chambray!! :o)
Deletei have always wanted a pair, but i don't know what size to take in those skimmers. you look fabulous in this - fabulous! xox P
ReplyDeleteYou should definitely give them a try! I went with what I consider to be my normal J Crew pant size. Occasionally, I can size down in some of the capris (I have no hips or butt :o)) but not in these...my normal 4 was perfect!
DeleteI love plaid! The pants look great on you :)
ReplyDeleteMe too, Laura...I adore plaid! Thanks for the sweet comment!
DeleteAlmost twinsies ... I just wore my red shoes with the same tartan but in the shirt! Thanks for reminding me to break out the pants, I got the last pair in my size if you recall, and based on your recommendations. ;)
ReplyDeleteYou look cute cute as always!
I love being twinsies!! :o) and I do remember that you were able to snag the last pair...Lucky girl! Now hop to it!! :oP
DeleteThe factory pants look great on you!!! I had to finally give up on skimmers or cafe capris--my legs are too short and they make me look like I'm wearing grandpa pants! You look so festive in them!! Congrats :)
ReplyDeleteT
Awww! Sounds like me and the minnie pants...I wanted those pants to work for me soooo badly, but they just didn't. and I gave them plenty of chances! I'm not exaggerating when I say that I literally tried them half a dozen times. :o)
DeleteThese pants remind me of Catholic school. Yours are much fancier of course. I loved those pants.
ReplyDeleteOh, if you get to wear plaid pants, I should have gone to Catholic school! :o)
Deletefirst outfit looks great (:
ReplyDeleteThanks Klaudie! and thanks for stopping by!! :o)
DeleteOnce again your outfits are adorable!
ReplyDeleteThanks Susan! :o)
DeleteReally, really cute looks. I just checked out all of your latest and you are workin' it :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for checking in! I'm trying girl...giving it everything I got! :D
DeleteI gave in and grabbed those tartan skimmer pants. I already had the tartan shirt but something about those pants were more fun. Love your ideas, as usual!
ReplyDeleteI think you're going to be glad that you grabbed those pants...and besides you can never have too much tartan! :o)
