Wonderful that your son is coming home! I love the color of the Thandie sweater, and as usual, your outfits are perfect.
ReplyDeleteThanks KnitYarns! This sweater is one that I passed on initially (head slap) and then decided once it was sold out that I really needed it. Luckily, I was able to snag a popback...it really is a beautiful color.
DeleteGreat outfits - I'm excited for you this weekend!
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa! I'm so excited...can't wait to see his handsome face! :o)
DeleteYEAH!!! Mine is coming home too! Enjoy your time with him :)))
ReplyDeleteDouble Yeah!! I hope you have a wonderful weekend! My son even told me tonight that he's excited about coming home to see everybody...warms a mother's heart! :o)
DeleteSo happy he's coming home and great outfit choices! You look great.
ReplyDeleteThanks Iva...I told him that I would try not to rush him and hug him when he got out of the car with his friends. But no promises... :o)
DeleteYou look so cute. I still have 10 years before my oldest boy will go away to college, but I know that time will fly, as I can't believe how quickly the first 7+ years has flown since I had kids. I get sad thinking about when the day comes that I am no longer a part of their daily lives. It's so hard to let our children grow up!
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how time flies! and you're so right, it will fly...so enjoy every moment! (even the vomity ones :o))
Deleteoh i love the last one with the blazer the best! and hurrah for your son coming home!
ReplyDeleteThanks Laura...he's probably going to be raw from so many hugs by the time he goes back to school on Monday! :oP
DeleteAlso, this blazer is fantastic! If you're in the market for one, they've dropped the price to $20.99 with free shipping.
I just ordered that striped blazer, I hope it fits me~!
ReplyDeleteFingers crossed that it fits! I think you're going to love it! and what a deal that you got!!
DeleteHas he been enjoying it so far? I thought about you during move-in weekend (aka the weekend I stayed inside my house!) Love your outfits!
ReplyDeleteHe LOVES it!! and let me tell you they have got their act together for move-in day. I had everything labeled with his name and dorm number...we pulled up....they unloaded the car...rerouted us to an offsite parking lot...shuttled us back to the dorm...by the time we got back, everything was in the dorm and we just had to put everything in its place. Too bad, they only do that for freshmen. :o)
DeleteSo many cute outfits, I don't know where to begin! I am loving your seersucker pants...did you buy them recently? Please tell me yes? Haha...Anyway, keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteMindy from www.nauticalstripes.com
Thanks Mindy! I got these pants back in the spring, but they are still available in select sizes. and even better they're on sale! If they don't have your size, keep checking, they occasionally update the inventory and sizes popback.
DeleteNice outfits. I hope you had a wonderful visit with your son.
ReplyDeleteI had a WONDERFUL visit with my son! It was so good to see his face and spend time with him. I'm already counting down the days until the next visit. :o)
